We offer a unique and bespoke suite of solutions and services within this field, incorporating advisory, project realisation, support, and product development. Currently we work on- and have delivered - some of the world’s most prestigious projects both at sea and on land with breathtaking designs and outstanding results that exceed the expectations of some of the most demanding clients who are not easily baffled.

At our HQ, which is based in the famous Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam, we have various teams such as our support teams, development teams, and our After Sales team. This is also the venue where we prepare and test our solutions.

Within our After Sales team, we currently are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our ranks.

Who you are

As an after-sales professional, delivering seven-star service to our clients is something you thrive on.

Once our projects are delivered, they are handed over to our After Sales team which assists the crews and owners with support, warranty items, upgrades and scheduled maintenance  related to the AV/IT systems on board.

By keeping in touch with the crews regularly, you know what is happening on the vessels you support.

Are there any (potential) issues that need to be resolved before the ship takes to the sea? You pro-actively make sure that all the systems we have delivered work flawlessly before the ship leaves port ensuring the best experience for the Guests and Owner.

You are also the key contact for support when something doesn’t work the way it should. During these calls you provide initial support and collect valuable information that might be required when the case is escalated. An example is guiding someone through the basic troubleshooting steps in our AV/IT system manuals. If the system still does not work, you will escalate the issue internally to our IT or AV teams. However it is you, who remains the point of contact for clients.

As you have gained after-sales experience in the maritime world, you understand the challenges of supporting vessels worldwide. You understand that priority setting in this environment is key to delivering a seven-star service.

You will be the “eyes and ears” on the vessels we support, meaning you will be travelling internationally regularly. We expect you to be travelling up to 30% of your time, with ad-hoc travel if and when required to deliver our seven-star service.

Next to that, you bring multiple years’ experience as a Service Coordinator in the maritime world.

Your English language and communication skills are excellent due to the nature of our work.
