We offer a unique and bespoke suite of services within this field, incorporating advisory, project realization, support, and product development. We are fortunate to currently work on- and have delivered some of the world’s most prestigious projects both at sea and on land with breathtaking designs and outstanding results that exceed the expectations of some of the most demanding clients who are not easily impressed.

At our HQ, which is based in the iconic Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam, various teams such as our support teams, development teams, and sales teams work closely together. This is also the venue where we prepare and test our solutions before shipping them out to the superyachts or ultra-luxury residences.
Within our Procurement team, we currently are looking for a Procurement Lead to join our ranks.
Who you are
You have gained experience purchasing A/V and IT infrastructure systems in a very fast-paced, project-based setting. Switching quickly and effortlessly between for example Crestron, Cisco and TV’s comes naturally to you. By having built a network of trusted suppliers, you know to get your hands on some of the scarce goods. If they are not available anywhere, you know how to source them successfully.
By applying your experience, you make sure that what we order is complete, on time, within scope and budget, in the most efficient way.
There will be a lot of interaction with our Project Management team whereby you take full ownership of our procurement process to ensure that the teams preparing and installing the solutions have all the items required to deliver the projects on time as efficiently as possible.
Being detail-oriented and driven by excellence you quickly spot the discrepancies in the procurement lists and you check with the Project Management team if any adjustments should be made before ordering the items. First-time-right but also being flexible go hand-in-hand for you.
In this role you understand that relations are key to being successful. Your communication style is no-nonsense, to the point and always respectful.
In your quest for excellence, we expect you to challenge our current way of working and to optimise processes where and when possible.
Your English language and communication skills are excellent due to the nature of our work.
