At ONEXP we specialise in audio, video, information technology and communication technology for superyachts and ultra-luxury residences. We offer a unique and bespoke suite of solutions and services within this field, incorporating advisory, project realisation, support, and product development. Currently we work on-and have delivered - some of the worlds most prestigious projects both at sea and on land with breathtaking designs and outstanding results that exceed the expectations of some of the most demanding clients who are not easily baffled.
We have proven to be a reliable and trusted partner by combining discretion and in-depth knowledge of AV/IT in combination with a strong focus on the execution and delivery of our projects. This is reflected by our core values which are Ownership, No-Nonsense, and Excellence.
At our HQ, which is based in the famous Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam, we have various teams such as our IT & A/V teams, support teams, development teams, and our After Sales team. This is also the venue where we prepare and test our solutions.

Who you are
You are passionate about the integration between the IT and the audiovisual world. You know a thing or two about Crestron or you have an above-average interest in audio visual or sound engineering. However experience in the home automation or IoT world can also be beneficial.
Or maybe you have worked in the super yachting industry before and are now looking to put that into use within an IT company.
Regardless of your background, we are looking forward to hearing your story and discuss the possibilities within the various teams.
