From our HQ in the iconic Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam, we prepare, test, and realise bespoke solutions that set the standard in the luxury audiovisual industry. To strengthen our production and installation team, we are looking for a driven AV/IT Installer who thrives on technical perfection and international adventure.
Who you are
Over the past years you have gained experience as an installer or electrician. You are now looking for a next step in your career and are specifically looking for a role wherein the focus is in quality and less on quantity or cost. In your drive for perfection you work best when you have freedom to focus deliver excellence. Also you are willing to help us achieve excellence by continuously sharing your ideas on how to improve the way we work.
What to expect
Depending on the phase of projects your work you either work in our workshop or on a yacht.
In the workshop you will assemble the IT racks with surgical precision. Your cable management is a work of art; structured, labelled, and flawless.
During the installation phase you will work on yards world-wide to install our solutions. During these phases the deadlines approach and the pressure rises, but you remain focused. You deliver seven-star quality, even when the clock is ticking.
During both phases you take full responsibility for the systems you build and take pride of your work. From the first component to the final handover, you ensure everything works exactly as designed. Or even better...
What we expect
• A background in AV/IT, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• A natural obsession with high-end hardware and "clean builds".
• Fluency in English (and preferably Dutch), as you will be operating in an international environment.
• Flexibility to travel (approximately 30% of your time) to prestigious projects worldwide.
