Audiovisual & IT Engineer

In the superyacht world, the best technology is the kind you never have to think about. But to make things look effortless for the owner, the engineering behind the scenes has to be flawless.
Now we’re looking for a Systems Engineer to join our team, who finds their craftsmanship in the logic of a schematic. This is a role for someone who thinks in technology and process, using AutoCAD to express his/her mastery tangible. We are looking for an architect who builds the roadmap our installers rely on. When you sit at your desk, you aren't just updating a file; you’re ensuring that when an installer is deep in a hull halfway across the world, your plan is their absolute truth.
In our industry, change is the only constant. When a "Change Order" lands on your desk, your pulse shouldn't rise—your brain should kick into gear. You won't just move a component on a screen; you’ll re-engineer the flow. You’ll look at the ripple effect on the network, the signal integrity, and the power requirements to ensure that despite the change, the system still "simply always works."
You’ll spend your days engineering some of the most advanced and astonishing A/V projects ever built, whilst obsessing over the details so that the "as-built" reality is a masterpiece of technical precision.
Who You are
You are a technical realist who understands that a drawing is a promise to the field team. You likely have a background in Audiovisual Engineering, but if you’ve spent your time in Marine, Electrical, Automotive or Aviation Engineering, you’ll speak our language or will soon.
• You value the "why": You don’t just follow instructions; you understand the engineering logic of signal chains, IP distribution, and control flow.
• You’re a master of the details: You know that a perfectly labelled, logically mapped installation plan is a work of art.
• You’re ready for the journey: You have a "no-nonsense" attitude and a hunger for the adventure.
• You take ownership: Whether it’s a standard build or a complex refit, you are the guardian of the system’s integrity.
